Description: Provides Social Support Group services (Tue, Wed, Thu and Fri 9:30am to 1:30pm) and Centre Based Respite services (Tue, Wed, Thu and Fri 9:30am to 1:30pm) at Chatswood. Also provides Social Support services for Individuals in Northern Sydney and Western Sydney regions; Domestic Assistance in Northern Sydney and Western Sydney regions; Transport services in Northern Sydney, Western Sydney and South West Sydney regions; Flexible Respite in Northern Sydney and Western Sydney regions; and Meals provided in Northern Sydney region. A Social Support Group meets on Mon and Fri 9:30am to 1:30pm at 26 Garfield St, Wentworthville.
