Description: Rehabilitation services to seniors and the wider community. Activities include gentle exercise and balance groups, hydrotherapy classes, specific physiotherapy and exercise physiologist. The TLC also offers a Rehabilitation and Wellness program which is designed to help get strong again pre and post surgery, assist with reconditioning after illness and pain managements. The TLC provides day therapy for clients diagnosed with dementia. Some services are available through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Package (HCP), Dept. Veterans Affairs (DVA) and Private Health Funds.
