Description: A service for patients with advanced diseases, such as cancer, within Manly, Warringah and Pittwater, run under the auspices of Hammond Care Health and Hospitals. Inpatient units for palliative care are Greenwhich Hospital (21 beds)and Neringah Hospital (Wahroongah -19 beds). Consultation at Manly and Mona Vale hospitals. Support for patients, carers and newly bereaved. A day clinic is now available. All services are in liaison with the patients general practitioner.
