Description: Affordable physical activities, striving to introduce a variety of strategies for healthy living. The Wellness Centre is committed to flexible drop-in attendance, learning from each other and consumer involvement and participation. Activities include strengthening exercise, tai chi, Feldenkrais, meditation, chair yoga, qi gong, and monthly luncheons. Non profit organisation.
