Description: The Lifestyle Clinic specialises in exercise therapy and lifestyle-related programs to prevent and manage chronic disease, injury or disability. Services include consultations for home-based exercise and lifestyle management, the STRENGTH CLINIC and MEDIKIDS. The Strength Clinic is a fully equipped facility with specialised strength training and rehabilitation equipment for persons with medical issues or who have been identified at risk of a fall. The 12 week clinical program is designed for the individual and is supervised one-to-one by Exercise Physiologists.
