Description: Service helps identify the support your family needs to make positive change in your lives. Provides information and advice and helps you connect to the services in your area so you don't have to retell your story. We stay connected with you until you’re matched with the right services or support. Family Connect and Support is a free service for children, young people and families of any cultural background. Women who are pregnant, and their partners/family, can also receive support to help prepare for the birth of their baby. Barnardos provides this service in Western Sydney, Nepean Blue Mountains, Sydney, South Eastern Sydney and Northern Sydney.
