Description:

CCA is a not-for-profit local community hub that provides a diverse aged, disability, and community and advocacy supports to those who live, work, and study in Ryde, Parramatta and Hornsby Council.

Provide a wide range of aged and disability services including home delivered meals, transport, shopping, linen, assistance with daily living, access to social and community, and NDIS Support coordination.

Also offer Community Learning, Financial Counselling, Emergency Relief, Multicultural Services, Community Support, Family Day Care, Parenting Programs, and Volunteering Program.
