Description: The Family Preservation program is a support program for vulnerable families with children aged 0-17 years. We support all types of families facing all kinds of challenges. A Family Preservation worker will talk with you to find out what is working well, and where you may need some support. Together we will develop a plan to work on the things you want to improve or change for your family. Family Preservation currently services: Hornsby, Hunters Hill, Ku-ring-gai, Lane Cove, Northern Beaches, Mosman, Ryde, Willoughby, and North Sydney.
