Description: Occupational Therapy providing Medico Legal Reports to the metropolitan and regional areas of NSW, VIC, ACT, WA, TAS and QLD. Registered NDIS provider.
Assessments are conducted within a person's home. The assessment includes an interview focussing on pre-injury roles and responsibilities. This is then followed by observations of functional activities and movements, focussing on the impact of an injury on a person's quality of life and capacity to engage in previous roles and responsibilities, including work, personal, domestic and community activities of daily living. Recommendations are then formulated into a report regarding future care, equipment, home modifications, and treatment needs.
