Description: The Centre for Effective Living is a Psychology and Well-Being practice serving the Upper North Shore of Sydney. It is a group practice with a combined team of experienced clinicians.They are an integrative, one stop service which includes psychology, dietetics, and occupational therapy. The team of psychologists supports individuals across the life span experiencing mental health and wellbeing concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, parenting, and social difficulties. Each psychologist has their own area of expertise. Occupational therapy supports individuals in using their strengths and values to assist them in overcoming any challenges that may be present due to mental health difficulties, in their activities of daily living (ADL’s), vocation/study roles and/or leisure activities. The dieticians have a special interest in supporting individuals experiencing disordered eating, disabilities, mental health concerns, and fussy eating.
