Description: This is a centralised assistance hotline for anyone who is experiencing financial hardship in the local council areas of Blue Mountains; Blacktown; Hawkesbury; Cumberland; Parramatta; Penrith; and The Hills. Call Centre staff will forward your request for assistance to the volunteer members located nearest to you. Our volunteer members will then make a home visit and provide the relevant assistance.
