Description: Provides a range of services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people from Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds including refugee, migrant and Aboriginal children and families, people with disabilities and their carers, older people living at home and their carers. The main focus is supporting equitable access by all people to services that are appropriate to their needs. Also focuses on building the capacity of mainstream service providers to facilitate culturally appropriate service delivery and promoting the rights of CALD people through systemic advocacy and input into local, state, national and international policy.
