Description: Youth Justice Conferencing is an alternative to court for some young people who commit offences. Youth Justice Conferencing brings together the young people, their family and supports face-to-face with the victim and their supports. The aim is for the young person to take responsibility for their actions. Together conference participants decide on the steps to be taken to address the harm that the victim suffered.
