Description: Willoughby City Council’s Multicultural Services keeps updated with the changing needs and issues relating to the CALD community; develops strategies and delivers a range of programs to improve the CALD Community well-being and promote inclusion. MOSAIC, Council's multicultural centre, runs a wide range of social, recreational, educational and culture activities for the community. At the Dougherty Community Centre the Wednesday Social Group, part of the At Home with Willoughby program provides an opportunity for people aged 65 years and over to meet.
