Description: Counselling and support service for the bereaved and terminally ill. The NCCG ('A Friend's Place') offers advice to professionals and members of the community. Educational resources (books and videos), training courses and seminars on bereavement. Also offered are bereavement support groups for children who have had a parent die. The NCCG offers counselling services to terminally ill, and recently bereaved adults, on a fee for service basis. Children's counselling services are free after the initial assessment session.
