Description: "Addington" is a rare example in the Ryde area of the early colonial vernacular style of architecture. It is believed to have been built between 1833 and 1841. (original 3 room cottage built before 1821 [National Trust]). Now owned by City of Ryde, it is leased to the Trustees of the St George's Guilds in Australia.
