Description: Provides a wide range of services to support the health and independence of older people, younger people with a disability and children, youth and vulnerable families. Our choice of services and flexibility of delivery strengthens people's capacity to live independently at home. We offer both individual and group social support and community connection. Programs include centre-based group services, in-home respite support, supported activities of daily living, as well as day trips, drama, art, exercise sessions, mindfulness and walking groups.
Disability facilities: Accessible toilet, ground level entrance and designated accessible parking space with a lift access.
