When calling the Medicines Line translating and interpreting services are available. The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) provides an immediate phone interpreting service to non-English speakers (in the majority of cases), regardless of their cultural and linguistic backgrounds (CALD), by calling 131 450. Once connected you can ask to be transferred to a Medicines Line pharmacist.
