Description: Provides home-based care (light house cleaning) to people who are HIV+ and who have a physical health issue relating to their HIV that impacts on their ability to do tasks of daily living. This support is given by volunteers. Also provides brokered transport to medical appointments, to be eligible for brokered transport must have aged care or NDIS number.
Disability facilities: wheelchair accessible and toilet
