Description:
Provides support to NDIS participants with domestic assistance, personal care, shopping assistance, support in the community, Plan Management and Support Coordination.
Playgroup - MyTime Peer Support Group.
We also provide Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) for seniors.
Home Care Packages Program (HCP) for seniors. The Community Visitors Scheme (CVS) for seniors. Other teams working with us including Emergency Relief (ER) - Financial Crisis and Material Aid, family and housing services.
Migrant support - Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) and Youth Transition Support Program (YTSP).
Specialist Homelessness Services.Disability facilities: Wheelchair accessible
