Description: Humanity Matters' Street Youth Services is a specialist service designed specifically to work with and for Marginalised Street Frequenting Young People that mainstream services are unable reach. HM's Street Youth Services compliment and resource mainstream services avoiding competition or service duplication. We work to tap young people into existing services and strengthen the pathways for young people into education, services, employment and community participation. Our regular services include streetwork, Food-truck outreach, triage assessment and transitional case management.

Hours: Office Mon-Fri 10am-5pm; Streetwork after hours
