Description: We are a boutique Physiotherapy Practice focusing on the highest standards of personalised physiotherapy and exercise for injury prevention, rehabilitation and general well-being for clients of all ages. Our highly trained Sports Physiotherapist Liz Millard and Exercise Physiologist Katharine Millard offer a unique Core-Fit program enabling clients to maintain posture, core-stability, mobility, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. This is perfect for people who feel uncomfortable exercising in the mainstream Health Club environment. We work closely with referring doctors to gain the best results for our clients. Private Health and Medicare rebates are available through our HICAPS facilities for easy claiming .
