Description: A text line or web form that supports Couch Surfers or Hosts to manage the risk of the Couch Surfer becoming homeless. The Couch Surfer or Host sends a request to the Jewish House Helpline and which is then managed by Jewish House to ensure the couch surfer is supported through this vulnerable situation and prevents the person from the risk of becoming homeless.
