Description: Starlight aims to brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families. We are the only children's charity with a presence in very major children's hospital across Australia. Our programs include the Starlight Express Rooms, Captain Starlight, Livewire.org.au and Livewire in Hospital for the teenagers, wishgranting and our Healthier Futures Intiative. Starlight provides programs integral to the total care of seriously ill children � while health professionals focus on treating the illness, Starlight is there to lift the spirits of the child, giving them the opportunity to laugh, play and be a child again.
