Description: Emotional Wellbeing Space is a free service to provide mental health support for anyone over the age of 18 in the Sydney Northern Region who is struggling with mild to moderate mental health challenges. Individual and group counselling, face to face or online is provided, with no need for a GP referral. Some of our group therapy courses cover areas such as: coping strategies, parenting skills, grief and loss, and positive mindset.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
