Description: Knock Out Parkinson's Disease (KOPD) is a unique, community-based program in North Sydney that integrates fight sports and exercise physiology to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with Parkinson's disease. KOPD offers tailored classes in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts, alongside Strength & Conditioning and Balance classes. Under the guidance of experienced exercise physiologists, each aspect of the program is meticulously designed to address the specific needs of individuals with Parkinson's, promoting improved physical function and a supportive community environment.
