Description: Join our regular attendees at 9.00 am each Friday for Hatha Yoga. This 1.5-hour class covers warm-ups, asana (posture) work, pranayama (breath), meditation or relaxation. A few benefits can occur: energy blocks are released, flexibility is increased by strengthening and stretching the various muscle groups, stress levels are managed, blood pressure is lowered, strengthened respiratory system and your mind and body are balanced, ALL assist us to manage our busy lives. It's a wonderful social outing enjoyed by attendees with an optional morning tea and a chat at the local cafe afterwards. Please register, we welcome newcomers and regulars.
