Description: The STaR (Special Teaching and Research) Association is a small registered charity established by a group of parents and professionals. STaR provides early intervention support for children up to the age of 6 with disabilities and their families within mainstream childcare centres. Services include Childcare Support Program, Family Support and Outreach Program, and they are a lead agency for the Helping Children With Autism (HCWA) and Better Start FaHCSIA funded initiatives.
