Description: The FREE Psychosocial Supports Program (formerly PIR) assists people with severe, persistent mental illness with unmet needs, as well as their carers and families. Staff assist individuals to make an application for an NDIS package, whilst at the same time working with multiple sectors, services and supports to assist with the improvement of clients' improved health, wellbeing and recovery. Support is offered in many areas, such as day to day living skills, finding and maintaining a home, maintaining physical wellbeing, including exercise.
