Description: Program assisting cardiac patients to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Provides exercise training, counselling and education, group and individual sessions. Exercise sessions Tue and Thu 8:00am-11am.
Referral: Register with the program on 9369 0400 and they will determine eligibility.
Hours: Mon-Thu 8am-4pm
Disability facilities: lifts, toilets and parking
Area served: Randwick; Woollahra; Waverley; City of Sydney; Botany Bay
