Description: Randwick City Council provides a Home Maintenance and Modification Service for eligible clients, to make their homes safer and more comfortable to live in. Our focus is on safety, accessibility and independence. Our clients including frail aged and older people, and people with disabilities and their carers/representatives, who live in Randwick and Waverley LGA’s. Subsidies may apply. Home modifications include the installation of access ramps, handrails, grab rails as well as minor maintenance work.

Referral: Required for modification work

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Disability facilities: Lift and toilets
