Description: On referral from the hospital or community health team staff, provides the loan of items such as bath seats, walking frames, wheelchairs etc to people with disability for a period of 3 months free of charge. For long term use of equipment, people are advised to purchase equipment or, if eligible, to apply for funding through the ENABLE. Items are collected and delivered by courier service.
