Description:
Provides community engagement and participation for residents aged 18-64 with disability in North Sydney, Lane Cove, Willoughby, Hunters Hill, Ryde, Mosman.
Group Programs: Chatswood Social Club for adults with low support needs, Sydney Explorers, Walking Group, Theatre Ensemble-Different Degrees.
Recreational outings, Individual programs/ cluster of supports: Community access, Recreation and leisure activities like accessing gym, places of interest, concerts.
Daily life skills like budgeting, cooking, healthy lifestyle. Travel assistance and travel training. Registered NDIS provider.
Referral: Referrals are processed and managed internally. Obtain a copy of referral form from office.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm
