Community Nursing Care: Providing nursing care for NDIS client who has high care needs. Professional supervision and care services are provided. Household Tasks:
Essential tasks that the participant is not able to undertake. Like: Meal preparation and delivery, shopping, washing, household cleaning and yard maintenance etc.
Plan Management: This support helps the client to manage their NDIS plan. Including making payments to providers, expense claims processing, developing monthly statements and claiming for payment from NDIA.
Assist-Travel/Transport: Providing transport support and facility for autistic, blind, non-verbal children to and from school and disable people includes rental of adapted vehicles. Innovative Community Participation: Activities that are not included under other community participation. Like sports and cultural activities.
Home Modification: Home modification
