Description: Provides legal aid in matters under the Mental Health Act, NSW Trustee and Guardian Act. Services include legal advice and representation of people detained in psychiatric hospitals, at hearings before the Mental Health Review Tribunal. Also provides representation in guardianship matters and matters under the Guardianship Act, NSW Trustee and Guardian Act and Drug and Alcohol Treatment Act.
