Description: Empowers families by providing education, support and guidance for parents with children from newborn to 5 years. We work in partnership with families to develop an individualised parenting plan with strategies to support parents. This service includes individual consultations with a child and family health nurse, short term psychology support and therapeutic groups.
Referral: By Referral only via Self referral, GP or Health Professional via the Karitane website.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm by appointment only.
