Description: The Hope Program provides therapeutic case management for young families where young women are aged 24 and under. They work with families where young women are at least 20 weeks gestation or have a child under the age of 5 in their care. They provide individualised home visits, groupwork, playgroup, education and employment support and have some transitional accommodation. They provide support for families for 12 months which can include parenting support, advocacy, accessing health and community services and adjusting to life as a parent.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
