Description: Provides people who are experiencing homelessness and social isolation with a safe space and vital essentials such as showers, laundry services, emergency clothing, low cost meals at cafe, as well as information and referrals:

  • Referrals for short and long-term crisis accommodation and housing -Weekly onsite legal and health clinics in collaboration with Homeless Persons' Legal Service, Centrelink etc.
  • Referral services to health and welfare agencies
  • Personalised care-coordination The issues facing visitors to Wayside are varied and complex, including domestic violence, mental health, homelessness, social isolation, grief and loss, probation and parole.

    Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-3pm
