Description: A service that delivers vocational supports for people with a disability. Programs include; - NDIS Support Coordination, Find and Keep A Job and SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports) - Disability Employment Services (DES - DMS).

Referral: Via Centrelink or self-referral

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Disability facilities: Level access, lift and toilet
