Description: Marine Rescue Tuggerah Lakes is a unit of Marine Rescue NSW, and is responsible for safety on the waters of Tuggerah Lakes, which comprise three lakes – Tuggerah Lake, Budgewoi Lake and Lake Munmorah – which collectively cover an area of 77 square kilometres or about double the size of Sydney Harbour. The unit is operational on weekends between 8am and 5pm, but is on standby 24/7 whenever a call for assistance is received.

Facilities note: North base includes a tastefully renovated, well-equipped hall available for casual hire
