Description: Voluntary marine search, rescue and marine education organisation. Marine Rescue Hawkesbury covers 125km of the Hawkesbury River and Broken Bay waterways. We provide assistance to vessels in difficulties, and emergency response to MAY DAY calls. We work with Police, SES, Ambulance, and RFS. We run radio and boat license courses for the general public.

Volunteering: Yes. Members must be 16+ years, willing to undergo a police check, and physically able to undertake the duties that they agree to perform.

Hours: Base is manned 8am Saturday to Sunset Sunday & public holidays. Assistance is available at all other times by call out. 9985 2100.

Disability facilities: Accessible to Training Room and Accommodation Rooms only.
