Description: A nursing agency which provides support and care staff for individuals and their families in the home and community setting. Clients needs are individually assessed and planned in conjunction with the client and a care plan is established. Services include personal care, light cleaning, meal preparation, companionship, palliative care and escorting to medical appointments, shopping or community access.
