Location: Guildford Community Centre, 90 O'Neill St, Guildford 2161

Description: Provides services to support social connection of older people and people with a disability. Centre based activities provide a safe, stimulating environment in which activity is encouraged and friendship is promoted. Client Enablement workers deliver wellness activities including gentle group exercise, creative arts, music, special theme days, reminiscence groups and outings. Nutritious meals prepared and served on site. Menu preferences and specific dietary requirements, whether cultural or religious, are accommodated. Respite services and support for carers of our service users. Care for those with special needs (e.g. bilingual, bicultural, diagnosed dementia), home visits, transport and shopping assistance, assistance reading and writing letters. Groups for Men, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, Maltese, Spanish and Filipino speaking people.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm (Office)

Disability facilities: ramp, lift, toilets
