Description: The Community Visitors Scheme is an Australian Government initiative to help establish links between isolated people living in aged care facilities and their local community. A volunteer community visitor will regularly visit a resident who has limited social contact.
Hours: Tue Wed Thu 9am-4pm
Disability facilities: Limited access at VCC office, good access at aged care facilities
