Description: Provides a range of services for children, youth and adults with cerebral palsy, other disabilities and their families. Services offered under the NDIS: Assistance in preparation for yearly NDIS planning meetings; Early Childhood Intervention; Therapy support - including Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Coordination of supports including specialist support coordination, Assistance transitioning to school, Assistive technology, mobility and customised seating, Family support, Behaviour Support and plan development; Exercise Physiology, physical wellbeing services and Lifestyle supports.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Disability facilities: ground level entry, toilet and parking
