Description: Aberdoon House provides an extensive range of support to individuals with a disability. Aberdoon House is a vibrant arts centre where individuals with disability are supported and challenged to develop their creativity and expression through use of a wide range of artistic mediums. There are also opportunities for individuals to explore other interests in cooking and also develop hospitality in a functioning cafe environment. Highly skilled and trained staff and volunteers work with quality resources to provide individualised and group based activities. NWDS is working to expand Aberdoon House to offer workshops to the Community and encourage connections through volunteering. NWDS works closely with all sectors of the community to provide a safe, engaging environment for people to grow and contribute as a member of their local and wider community.
