Description: Provides a range of allied health services including Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Support, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy, as well as Support Coordination and Disability Services. Provides assessment, planning and intervention for adults and older people who require help to perform daily living tasks. Individual or group programs occur at home or in community settings to include self care, school or leisure activities, seating or postural management, assistive equipment and home modification. Servicing clients under My Aged Care, Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
