Description: The multi-disciplinary team of physiotherapist; exercise physiologist; nurse/rehabilitation counsellor; clinical psychologist; pain specialist; consultant on rehabilitation medicine provide assessment; planning; treatment; review, and prevention strategies for workers sustaining a musculoskeletal injury. Assess musculoskeletal; hearing; vision; drug and alcohol; functional capacity of potential and existing employees. Also in Mayfield. Weekly travel to Central Coast and Lower Hunter. Accredited provider of Medicare; Veterans Affairs; WorkCover; private medical funds. NDIS provider.
