Description: The RUM Project is run by a not-for-profit company, The National Return and Disposal of Unwanted Medicines Limited. The project enables consumers to return unwanted or out of date medicines to any pharmacy throughout Australia. RUM bins are found in all PBS approved community pharmacies across Australia. Medicines can be returned to any community pharmacy for safe disposal and they do not need to be taken back to the pharmacy that they were purchased at. See website for more information.
