Description: Yoga Therapy & Remedial Massage Therapy. Beginner and experienced group or private classes for all ages and abilities. Classical style yoga - small classes of 8 or less in private beautiful studio. Live online weekly class or weekly class recording & privates offered. Develop strength, flexibility, balance and integration of body, mind, spirit through postures, breath-work, meditation and relaxation. Also offers remedial massage, deep tissue, relaxation massage and has a provider number.

Hours: Variety of classes am and pm during the school term but can join mid term if space.

Facilities note: chairs as needed. All postures can be adapted according to each individual's need.
